Due to the repair time we spent in Balboa, Maersk decided to phase us out of the service and remain idle at Hong Kong anchorage. Not a bad idea as this meant more than a month of vacation sunbathing, reading my school literature and taking lots of great pictures of all kinds of ships new and old.
